Fastbox Return & Refund Policy

At Fastbox, we stand by the quality of our smart home products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. 

Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (boxes, manuals, and accessories).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items not in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team at support@fastbox26.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. 

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.*

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@fastbox26.com.
